Stacey Beach is a California-based artist whose quilted textile and sewn-collage works draw on the traditions of decorative and folk arts, especially those associated with the feminine, the domestic, and marginalized craft practices. She holds an MFA from the California College of the Arts and lives and works in Berkeley, California.

Stacey Beach’s imagery combines flower motifs, vessels and busts drawn from personal memory and art history with patterns and surfaces of textiles, emphasizing form, material and gendered histories of making.
