Return & Exchange Policy                          

At OCHI Shop, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us at hello@ochigallery.com.

Returns: 

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. 
  • Because of the unique nature of our products, we do not offer returns. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Please email hello@ochigallery.com and include photos of the product. Our dispute team will review your item within 1-3 working days. 
  • To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us about the damage within five (5) calendar days of the order’s arrival.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Also, the returns require photos or videos as a proof of damage.
  • For order cancellation, order delay, order not received, damaged products, and incorrect or missing products, we offer a full refund.
  • Refunds are processed through the dispute resolution process and may be issued as either a full refund or a replacement. (Depending on the interpretation)
  • It is always recommended to check the specific details of the return and exchange policy on the CJ Dropshipping website for the latest information
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above mentioned criterias.

Exchanges: 

  • Due to the unique nature of our individual art objects, we do not accept exchanges.
  • If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately at hello@ochigallery.com detailing your order and issue. We will respond promptly and do our best to resolve it in a timely manner.
  • Exchanges are available for items of the same value. If the items are purchased during promotions, incorrect addresses, or buyer's remorse, they aren't eligible for return or exchange.
  • Requests for exchanges must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Exchange items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. 

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed. 

Please note that shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Refund Policy

At OCHI Shop, we want you to shop with confidence, knowing that your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund policy. 

Please inspect your order upon receptioh and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged,please email at dmiaudio75@gmail.com or if you received the wrong item. Please email  and include photos of the product. Our dispute team will review your item within 1-3 working days. 

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us about the damage within five (5) calendar days of the order’s arrival.We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. An order number must be provided in order to process the return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

 Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.  

European Union 14-day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
