Shipping policy
At OCHI Shop, we prioritize delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Our shipping policies are designed to provide clarity and transparency, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for you.
Shipping Rates:
- We offer free economy shipping within the United States via FedEx for small and two-dimensional objects.
- For faster shipping options, please contact us at hello@ochigallery.com
- For particularly large or fragile items (as noted in an item description), please contact us at hello@ochigallery.com with your shipping city and zip code for a shipping estimate. We may use an art-specific shuttle to get the work to you.
Shipping Times:
- Standard orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. However, on average they are shipped the next day. Holiday seasons please expect slight delays in shipment times.
- Custom orders, including personalized or made-to-order items, require additional processing time and are typically shipped within 7-15 days.
- While we do our best to ship pre-ordered items on schedule, occasionally there are slight delays in receiving supplies. We will communicate this to you accordingly.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Shipping rates may vary depending on the method chosen and are specified on the product page.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Tracking Information:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. This allows you to monitor the status of your delivery and track its progress until it reaches you.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order contains your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping:
We are pleased to offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international shipping rates and delivery times may vary.
OCHI Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
