Vincent Pocsik converges the natural and the fantastical to offer a poised exploration of the human form and evoke a sense of ease. His unconventional anthropomorphic wooden sculptures range from wall works to free-standing lamps. The Los Angeles-based artist is trained as an architect, which contributes to his interest of the intersection of form and function.

Each ear sculpture is a piece of an ongoing series in which the artist seeks to make 1000 ears over the course of his lifetime.
